GTI president, Chadd Harbaugh, will be speaking to approximately 8,000 attendees from 78 countries at this year's International Counter Terror Expo April 25-26, 2012 in London, United Kingdom. Mr. Harbaugh was approached 8 months ago to present two speeches and to assist the ICTE director to construct tabletop exercises for conference attendees.
Mr. Harbaugh will be discussing proven counterterrorism tactics, techniques and procedures with an emphasis on improving human performance, and joint capabilities development systems for protecting crowded places.
