Dave Young is photographer that specializes in firearm and tactical photography for the firearms industry in addition to providing photographic support to law enforcement and military tactical units assisting with the unit's technical proficiency and performance. Dave moved to South Carolina from Ohio where he was a member of the Ohio Tactical Officers Association (OTOA) as their tactical photographer providing visual photographic references to assist SWAT Team Leaders and Officers during training drills and breaching exercises. His respect and support for all Military and Law Enforcement is shown by the detailed images that are taken during their tactical training exercises.

Dave has worked with many national companies such as Aimpoint Optics, Vortex Optics, Xtech Tactical, Recover Tactical, Defender Body Armor, Bite The Bullet, SOG Knives and Rocky Boots, to name a few. His unique product photographs have been used on their websites, social media outlets, and catalogs to support their respective marketing strategies. Dave runs an Instagram page under the name of YoungBuckDave where much of his unique photographic work is showcased in stills or operational settings. Dave was named as one of the top ten firearm photographers on Instagram from Blacksheepwarrior.com.

Dave is an avid shooter and participates in various types of firearm training classes assisting with numerous product T&E for firearms industry companies providing them with candid feedback about the products he is provided along with photographs of their product in various settings.
